Field Tested 'natural laws' of business

The difference is clear - our 'administrative technology' is field tested, proven workable, management tools based upon 'natural laws' forming business principles, applicable to any and all business types.

The difference is clear

We believe there are certain natural laws that govern organizational expansion (or, for that matter, contraction) and it is our purpose to help our members identify and master these laws. American author and philosopher L. Ron Hubbard*, in his research into the mind and spirit, identified certain immutable laws that govern all organizational activities. Mr Hubbard is also well known as a Business Administrator, having penned the entire and complete Hubbard Administrative Technology, which is used by over 240 000 individuals and companies in more than 131 countries worldwide.

Through sharing of these business principles, through talks, mentoring and coaching, Kyalami Flourish & Prosper Club stands out as more than a networking opportunity. The very content of the talks (60 minute talks, to be exact) share a single administrative topic, and supports it with additional principles and examples of where and how they are used.

The talks are practical, and focus on 'getting the message across'. This means that after attending a talk, you should be able to take and apply the principle the next day. Real easy. One step at a time.

  1. Network and extend your reach into new markets
  2. Support all members through workshops, seminars, training courses, and consultation
  3. Keep club members motivated, educated and progressing upward
  4. Teach business knowledge, and life skills which you can put into PRACTICE immediately. Our courses are based on a workable, tested and proven method of handling life situations, challenges and business expansion
  5. Our mentors are trained and experienced and can assist in handling the various situations that come up in day-to-day business: be it a work-related circumstance without no apparent solution, a threatened insolvency, a difficulty with unproductive or troublesome personnel, ethics situations, or even personal life problems
quote

“Others follow those who have the courage to get things done even though they say they follow those they like. A broad examination of history shows clearly that men follow those they respect. Respect is a recognition of inspiration, purpose and competence.”

How We DO This

The Club meets twice a month with a specific subject – from management by statistics to financial solvency and everything in between – delivered by an expert in the field. These powerful natural laws are ignored at your peril. The idea is to arm you with knowledge that you can apply immediately, so you can bring feedback at the following meeting on the progress made.

We take care of our members. We help them identify the strong points and the weak points in their activities so that the obstacles to expansion can be removed (and it really is as simple as identifying obstacles – remove these, and business expands with relatively little effort).

For those who require specific consulting in their business, there are trained consultants who can be hired to assist.

We also have periodic seminars delivered by prominent business people. For example, the secret of selling (with hands-on training); defining your organisational goals (if you don’t have these well defined, your opposition will define them for you); business ethics (are you delivering adequately, poorly or in abundance – only one of these guarantees prosperity); maximizing your marketing spend (yes, there are laws for this too); management by statistics (without this, you are flying blind and will eventually fail).

In additional volumes known as The Management Series, Mr. Hubbard provides all an executive need know on the subject of how to manage an organization. Included therein: how to organize, how to function as an executive, how to establish, how to handle personnel and even the art of public relations. Thus, the OEC Volumes provide the policies by which one runs an organization, while The Management Series provides the policies by which organizations are managed.

Among the principles found in these policies is the very key Conditions of Existence, which Mr. Hubbard defined in terms of the degrees of success or survival. The basic concept is vaguely known to the astute administrator who speaks in terms of “corporate health.” But whereas the idea of corporate health implies only two states—good or bad—and offers no precise means of improving that health, L. Ron Hubbard provides a great deal more. Specifically, Mr. Hubbard analyzed the various degrees of survival—from a non-existence state to a dangerous situation, to a condition of emergency to one of normal, affluence and power. Moreover, he has spelled out the necessary Condition Formulas, or actions, one must take for the improvement of any condition. That is, by simply performing the outlined steps, one rises through each condition to the next until one’s organization is indeed thriving.
